THE PARTY PROCESS

  1. Once You Book Your Party And Pay The Deposit.
  2. We Will Phone You A Few Days Before Your Party To Confirm Numbers, Take Pizza Orders (If Any Needed) And Ask If You Have Any Other special Requirements.
  3. On The Day Try To Arrive 15 Mins Before Your Party Time.
  4. A Host Will Help You To Setup, Book In The Party Guests And Take Care Of Any Food You May Have.
  5. Party Goers Then Jump For 60 Mins Up On The Courts.
  6. After Their Jump Session They Get 30 Mins In The Party Area.
  7. The Host Will Help And Work With You Organising The Cake, Food, Cleaning Up And Anything Else You May Need.
  8. At Parties End Settle The Bill.

  • How Do I Book A Party?
    You can phone us, email us to make a booking OR you can book online here.
  • Do I Need To Pay A Deposit To Secure My Party Booking?
    Yes, we ask for a $150 deposit.
  • How Can I Pay My Deposit?
    You can pay it over the phone using a credit card, Online Or at reception in Kloud9ine.
  • I Don’t Know Exact Numbers, Is This Going To Be A Problem ?
    No. We understand organising exact numbers can be a little tricky. So on the day at the end of your party we will adjust the bill to suit the total amount.
  • What Happens Once I Have Booked The Party?
    We will call you a few days to confirm everything with you. We will go over any special requirements you may have and take your pizza order if you require pizza.
  • What Is The Minimum Amount Of Party Goers?
    6 is the minimum. You can still have less than that but you will end up paying for the minimum amount.
  • What Time Should I Tell The Other Parents To Get There ?
    Let the parents and other kids know to arrive at least 15 minutes before your party starts so we can get them all booked in and ready to jump.
  • Can I Bring My Own Food?
    You sure can. We can also supply food for you too. OR you you can have both.
  • Do You Have A Fridge Or Any Place To Store My Cake & Party Food If I Want To Drop It Off Early ?
    Yes :)
  • Can I Bring My Own Decorations ?
    For sure.
  • What If I Pay For People And They Don’t Come ?
    We will reimburse you.
